2.1. The Application allows users to trade or sell in-game assets or tokens using the HBAR token for the Hedera Distributed Ledger Technology. The transactions and regulations are governed by the processes and regulations set by the Hedera governing council.
2.2. By engaging in trading or selling of in-game assets or tokens, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Hedera governing council.

8.2. We reserve the right to take appropriate actions, including but not limited to suspending or terminating your account, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated any provision of these Terms.

9.2. The resolution provided by the ARCA Games team will be considered final, and you agree to abide by their decision.
